Aki Eimizu’s second solo exhibition at MA2 Gallery consists of eight new works on panel. This show presents a common feature of labor intensive and time consuming side of the artist’s production. The works are created by what seems to be a combination of layers of countless little dots, lines, and translucent medium unified by subtle choice of colors, creating a powerful yet tranquil atmospheric depth on the pictorial plane.
